​​Alan Weeks - COO & Sales

Alan runs the day-to-day operations and oversees sales. He has been part of the Camtek family since 1998. 

Alan's extensive background in tool and die was key to driving the best customer support and product experience since Camtek started operations in the USA. Within two years of operations, Alan's team won the Best in Class for Customer Support from American Machinist Magazine, based on client feedback.

​A true southern gentleman, Alan is located just outside of Atlanta, GA with his wife Tonia and four children.

​​Rob Thompson - CEO & Development

Rob's background is in support and software development for Camtek's products. He started with Camtek Limited (UK) in 1985.
​
​Rob has been in the USA since 1997 and currently focuses on the development and marketing for Nucleo Fixture. Prior to this, Rob was a core developer on the Camtek PEPS CAD/CAM system for Wire EDM and other OEM Mill/Turn products, along with technologies for WEDM inside of OPTICAM for SOLIDWORKS.

​Located in Decatur, GA - a few miles from downtown Atlanta GA, Rob lives with his wife Jamie and three midget dogs, Ginger, Ethel and George.
